Campaign against Forest fire

Vazhuthana Pooram- meet against Bt.Brinjal

In a significant move against Bt.Brinjal, NGC malappuram unit organised 'Vazhuthana Pooram' at Kottakkal Raja's High school.  It was inaugurated by Minister for Agriculture Mr.Mullakara Ratnakaran.  An exhibition of various varieties of Brinjals were also arranged.  Nearly 24 varieties were on display.  A Book exhibition & sale by Alter Media Publications helped the persons present there to purchase books related with agriculture & environment.  A talk by a local agriculturist was very much interesting and insight giving.  Dr.Usha of Thanal, Thiruvananthapuram spoke on the occassion.
