2ND STATE CHILDREN’S ECOLOGICAL CONGRESS, 2009

The students’s from Vanashree Eco  club, G.H.S.S. Karuvarakundu participated in the 2^ND CHILDREN’S ECOLOGICAL CONGRESS, 2009 held at Kanakakunnu Palace, Thiruvananthapuram on 11^th & 12^th November 2009.  Jouhar Sadath.A.K. won the 1^st place in the Bird Quiz held on the occasion of the 113^th Birth anniversary of Dr.Salim Ali.  Midhun. P  secured 3^rd place in the quiz competition for U.P students and Rashid.K. Secured 3^rd place in essay writing competition for the Higher secondary school students.  The awards were distributed by the Chief Minister V.S.Achuthanandan.  Agriculture minister Mullakkara Ratnakaran, Kerala Bio-Diversity Board Chairman V.S.Vijayan was also present during the function.
